Job description
- Lead and manage 7-10 QA Engineers:
- Participating in regular meetings with team members
- Tasks delegation
- Team members development plan
- Hiring and onboarding process
- Develop, apply and monitor the testing strategy
- Testing processes automatization and optimization
- CI/CD pipelines integrations
- Ensure that testing tasks are performed in compliance with all quality standards
Requirements
- Around 5 years experience as QA testing web and mobile applications
- At least 2 years experience in web automation
- At least 1 year of experience in API automation
- Good understanding of Jenkins and Postman
- Proven experience managing QA or development team
- Can establish and own QA process: set rules, implement best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
