Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We'll be looking to you to lead a team and their daily operations to make sure they are achieving the desired performance levels. You will coordinate and distribute workflow that comes from agents & customers within your team and ensure they work effectively and to a high standard. You will directly handle customer or agent complaints and look to resolve them. You'll help with improve overall customer satisfaction by either leading or be part of project teams that looks to implement process improvement or operational changes.

For such a role, we require you to have a customer services background and have experience in resolving complaints. You will need to have people management experience and demonstrate excellent leadership skills. We require you to be personable and approachable to both employees and customers. The role requires someone with attention to detail and analytically strong.  If you have worked in Anti Money Laundering or compliance before this would be a bonus.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1480 – 2398 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
