WOMEN GO TECH is a mentorship program designed for women talent to get inspired, break the stereotypes and discover careers in the tech world. They stand for equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion, and empowerment of talents to succeed in the tech world. Now next Women Go Tech team steps are to apply the lessons learned locally to a global impact. So, by 2024 Women Go Tech aims to support 25.000 women in their re-qualification to tech by:
• the first online introduction to tech program for women in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) with a special focus for Ukrainian women as a timely response to geopolitical challenges in the region
• the first online mentorship program for women in CEE to requalify to tech
In order to achieve these ambitious goals, we are looking for an Executive Director who will have a full ownership to execute and lead the program, including representing “Women Go Tech” locally and internationally.
