Senior Computer Network Developer • Networks

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: 

• Plan and implement internal software structure of network devices (communication between network system services, logs and statistics collection, VLAN management, VPN configuration, etc.)
• Prepare and implement new software packages/services for routers (Openwrt like)
• Analyse new technologies and their implementation possibilities
• Solve complex problems in network devices and their communication
• Design, develop and maintain routing system and services (FRRouting)
• Work in team
• Support colleagues with technical questions

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

• Have technical education
• Have experience with shell scripting
• Have knowledge in C programming
• Have knowledge of Linux based systems
• Have strong knowledge about computer networks
• Have knowledge of switching, static and dynamic routing principles and protocols
• Have strong knowledge of firewall management
• Have experience of working with various VPN protocols (Openvpn, IPsec)
• Have knowledge of security in network and network devices
• Have knowledge of IPV6 networks and protocols

IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE:

• Experience of VPN services integration to Linux system
• Experience of working with FRR package
• Experience of working with OpenWRT/VyOS
• Experience of wireless networks deployment
• Experience of working with network quality measurement ant improvement
• Good written and verbal English skills

OUR OFFER 

Salary:  

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 30 Eur/h (~5000 Eur)  pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
