Intrum GBS now is working on development and automatization of back-office processes for all Intrum countries. Join our company, share and develop your knowledge and be a member of dedicated, enthusiastic team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organize business processes review and feasibility check in terms of automation
  • Identify and communicate the technical implementation requirements with stakeholders
  • Develop and test automation solutions
  • Prepare documentation and user instructions
  • Maintain and support existing automation solutions
  • Optimize the existing automation solutions and suggest improvements
  • Drive standardization and configuration optimization initiatives
  • Drive the automation implementation process by securing all necessary details, keeping the quality, and meeting deadlines

About you:

  • Very good English language skills (both written and spoken)
  • Proven experience working with business process automation technologies such Microsoft Power Platform
  • Understanding of Agile principles
  • BPMN knowledge is an advantage
  • Excel skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Curiosity in IT field and automatization
  • Proactive approach in driving process improvements
  • Ability to work in changing environment

Salary:

2000-3500 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
