- Experience in pharma business, especially with pharmacy chain committees and negotiations with them is an advantage
- Communicative, creative, responsible, management skills, pleasant appearance and demeanor
- Marketing experiencies
- At least 3 years working experiencies in a managerial position.

- Responsibility for the management of Representation including responsibility for economic and professional aspects;
- Representing and deputing the employer in relationship to state institutions in relation to the operation for Lithuania;
- Daily contact with the headquarters of the employer in Bratislava;
- Daily management and inspection of medicinal representatives and subordinated employees;
- Addressing potential distributors of employer´s products and negotiating conditions of deliveries or distribution contracts except the right of signing such contracts;
- Keeping the existing business contacts and establishing new ones;
- Knowing the market from the geographical point of view, health facilities, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies on the entrusted territory;
- Working with doctors and pharmacies according to employer´s requirements, providing mutual information, informing doctors about prices of medicines in pharmacies;
- Analysing sales of employer´s products on the entrusted territory;
- Responsibility for fulfilment of the plan of sale and marketing on the entrusted territory;
- Organising meetings for doctors and pharmacies, presentation of the employer;
- Guide the development of staff skills (training)
- Organise, coordinate and monitor staff activities
