Job description
At Bankera, we are aiming to achieve the perfect balance between our customers getting a smooth and reliable experience using our payment services and ensuring the safety of their funds. Our Payment Operations Specialists are at the forefront of making this happen. We are looking for an addition to our Operations team who would help us facilitate payment operations. Payments Operations Specialist will be able to work from our modern offices and make sure that our banking infrastructure is employed to its full extent.

- Build ownership of payment-related processes
- Monitor payment transactions and solve payment-related questions
- Execute transactions that need manual intervention
- Manage payment operations’ GL
- Monitor and maintain the liquidity of our nostro accounts at partner institutions and payments systems
- Provide reports on operating volumes and other related data
- Provide input and drive efficiency improvement on your daily tasks
- Maintain constant communication with the team to ensure smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility in managing daily tasks
- General knowledge of payments, payment cards, retail banking, operations
- Experience in payment, banking, payment cards operations, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Excel
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics is preferred
- Knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, Target2 operating rules and regulations is a big plus
- Fluency in English
- Understanding of all terms and acronyms used in this job advertisement
