Personal Assistant
We are looking for a colleague to join our team as a Personal Assistant and become the right hand for our founders!
We promise a very interesting, challenging and rewarding role with lots of freedom and creativity! If you believe you could be a great fit for our team, we would love to meet with you!
What you'll do:
- act as the point of contact between the founders and other team members, as well as partners
- be responsible for keeping founders organized and on schedule
- help with various tasks everyday: from finding and booking flights and hotels, to attending meetings with investors
- run errands, manage calendars, take notes and respond to correspondences
We hope that you:
- have proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- are proactive and detail-oriented
- have outstanding organisational and time management skills
- are able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- have excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- have your own car
