Job description
- Establishing and implementing HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision;
- Developing HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives;
- Functioning as a strategic business advisor to the executive and all management regarding key organizational and management issues;
- Developing comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals;
- Providing overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits internationally;
- Implementing, updating and controlling all relevant HR compliance procedures in accordance with the local & international law and guidelines;
- Using your HR knowledge and experience, supporting the further expansion process;
- Leading and motivating HR team to reach higher and efficient results, to advance employee engagement;
- Aligning resources to achieve key business goals;
- Recruiting and managing staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training.
- Reporting updates and preparing needed information/reports to the HQ regarding progress on strategic goals
Requirements
- 3+ years as Head of HR with an international scope;
- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decision;
- Strong supervisory, servant and transformational leadership skills
- Demonstrated history of increasing all company’s performance through HR initiatives, proven ability to exceed objectives;
- Excellent planning, organizational, verbal and written skills;
- Ability to take a strong leadership in team and strategy development while being a hands-on teammate.
