Intrum GBS is working on transforming and developing back office processes for all Intrum countries and will proceed with these tasks in GBS Operations Center. As a Business Partner you will be responsible for an assigned Market Operations (MO) organisation within the scope of the Global Back Office (GBO) by ensuring that reported operational issues are resolved and the MO can effectively perform daily tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the effective daily operations of the MO organisation by identifying business-critical issues and assisting in their resolution
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the Market and GBO for the managing of escalations and coordination of required communication between the two parties
  • Drive the progress of service requests and incidents related to the MO
  • Assist the MO with system upgrade processes
  • Constantly seek opportunities to raise MO effectiveness by optimising processes
  • Participate in the hand-over of processes from projects to Operations
  • Conduct regular review meetings with Markets and follow-up on performance reports
  • Monitor and report KPIs ensuring continuous improvement
  • Develop productive relationships with key stakeholders across functions to achieve strategic objectives
  • Continuously review and improve existing frameworks and structures, promoting and prioritising optimization
  • Identify and report potential Operational risks
  • Continuously update the Business Partner Manager on progress of ongoing tasks, performance, and escalations
  • Adhere to Group policy regarding compliance requirements
  • Continuous sharing of knowledge with team members

About you:

  • Successful track record in debt collection activities, customer service or project management
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a changing environment
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills
  • Very good English language (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools

Salary:

From 1700 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
