I am Rūta Kūrytė and I am leading Professional Source team in Telia Global Services Lithuania (TGSL). We are integrated, cross-functional team, consisting of highly skilled sourcing professionals who operate in deep collaboration with all our stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues. We are managing supplier relationships, as well as collaboration and relations development with our internal stakeholders to meet the Company's business needs.

As a team we strive to increase customer satisfaction and add sustainable value to our Company by acting as a trusted adviser to business in relation to sourcing, securing supply of products and services with the right Quality, Service Levels, Technology and Total Cost of Ownership.

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team of professionals in Vilnius office.

You will team up with a big cross-country Sourcing community and another 9 people in Vilnius who are sourcing fans and passionate about contributing to overall sourcing performance and transformation while closely collaborating with various departments in organization. We actively work to ensure that the sourcing function is perceived as adding value to Telia Company and constantly seeking for opportunities to simplify processes and work in more efficient way.

This job is for someone who has strong networking and negotiation skills, knows what exactly should be done when it comes to collaboration with stakeholders and identifying their needs and expectations, managing, and onboarding external suppliers, executing end to end sourcing cases and securing favourable contract terms and conditions.

Who are you?

You have a relevant degree and extensive experience in Sourcing function. You understand source-to-pay process, and you are independent with a strong drive. Still, you are a team player that appreciate an inclusive team environment.

We also appreciate a curious mind and strategic thinking, but most importantly – you see the value in collaboration and understand your stakeholders in an international environment.

Your experience:

• Relevant degree and extensive experience in Sourcing function
• Solid English language (both written and spoken) and communications skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to produce well-written, business-minded, and pragmatic agreements
• Experience working with virtual, global, and cross-functional teams (advantage)
• Experience working in international organizations with complex business models and matrix organization (advantage).

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 2170 - 3256Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
