About the position:

• Leading the Recruitment function in HR team. Leading creation & implementation of Recruiting and Employer branding strategy.
• Working closely with hiring managers and HR business partner choosing sourcing and selection methods that ensures international talents pool;
• Introducing proactive recruiting techniques to attract talents focusing on positive candidate experience and building an identifiable and unique employer identity;
• Analysing the market, being up-to-date to newest talent acquisition trends, sourcing strategies and innovative recruitment methods.
• Analysing recruitment channels effectiveness and proactively looking for most effective communication method.
• Ensure our candidates are given exceptional experience.
