Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
- Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
- Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
- Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
- Be a role model of Yara’s culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority
Profile
- Fluent/native in English
- Good French language skills (Level B2 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
- Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
- Relevant successful operational experience in Supply Chain Operations with good understanding of transport legislationc
- Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate

Salary range
We offer salary from 1542 Eur to 2313 Eur/month gross (before taxes).
