The opportunity
EY is looking for a Data Governance Consultant to join our team to help government and private sector organizations to assess the maturity of their current data governance practices and shape their future data management landscapes.
You are expected to work with our team on the following assignments:
• Data management process description
• Data quality investigation
• Data management maturity and data quality assessment
• Data model design
Your key responsibilities
• Contribute to projects aiming to improve the data management practices of client organizations by bringing together our capabilities in process and data analysis
• Analyse business processes and datasets
• Communicate with teams & client personnel at appropriate levels when needed
• Develop your professional knowledge and experiences
• Possess good business acumen
Skills and attributes for success
This position will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also be a part of larger team (incl. client-side stakeholders), so communication and collaboration skills will also help you to succeed.
To qualify for the role you must have
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong drive to excel professionally
• Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure
• Foster an efficient, innovative and team - oriented work environment
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, physics, business administration or economics, etc.
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Experience analysing and documenting business processes
• Experience using Confluence
• Experience designing data models and mapping data flows
• Sound business writing skills
