Here are some responsibilities you will have:
Lead and direct the implementation and management of operations strategies. These strategies will be designed to improve overall service quality, cost-effectiveness, and implement revenue-generating processes.
Ensure efficiency and quality goals are met for all products and regulatory compliance is met when designing and executing the end-to-end journey for agents and partners.
Act as the liaison between Global Money Transfer regional management and global and regional functions, as well as enable optimization and performance, standardization and continuous improvement of regional service quality.

Proven history of working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects at one time.
Real passion to improve the customer journey and outstanding negotiation skills to go with it.
Performance-focused mindset and the ability to lead and develop a team.
Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

The monthly gross base salary range is 4110 – 6165 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
