Supply Planner

Telia's Supply Chain function is responsible for efficient supply chains for materials like consumer electronics (CE), customer premises equipment (CPE), network equipment (NW) and information and communications technology (ICT) equipment for B2B customers to ensure that:

• Telia shall meet and exceed - if and where targeted - customer expectations – creating competitive advantage and inspiring customers
• Telia and its partners shall move towards 2030 daring goals – especially Zero CO2 and Zero Waste - as fast as possible
• Telia utilises cross border and cross company synergies and global best practises to ensure the above with simplified, aligned, standardised and automated processes and of course with competitive cost efficiency level

At the moment, we are looking for a Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team at Telia Global Services Lithuania to support Telia consumer electronics (CE) business in Nordics – Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• End-to-end responsibility of supply planning and execution of CE to drive optimized balance with availability in all sales channels, inventory management, purchase order / call-off management, and overall cost efficiency based on the demand forecasts
• Execution of KPI-s: availability / service levels, inventory turnover / days of supply and inventory quality / age
• Demand-supply balancing in collaboration with Demand Planners, relevant CE category and sourcing managers and suppliers/distributors
• Working with key stakeholders internally cross whole Telia footprint and in the supplier/distributor interface to prevent and mitigate supply risks, minimize the impact of known supply issues, and ensure targeted quality and age of CE inventory in Telia.
• Contributing to Telia's cross-country availability and inventory management and supply risk management
• Continuous improvement of supply planning, replenishment, and inventory management processes
• Ownership of purchasing and replenishment related master data
• Contributing to Telia's sustainability goals in terms of maximizing material reusage and taking us towards zero waste

Your Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain or logistics, preferably in an international corporation
• Work experience in replenishment, purchasing, supply planning, acting in supplier interface
• Proven ability for business analytics and scenario planning
• Experience with supply chain IT (planning tools, ERPs)
• Excellent English language skills both written and spoken. Any skills in a Scandinavian language or Finnish will be considered an advantage
