Job description
- Building and leading international marketing strategy;
- Leading product and services market entry;
- Leading Global marketing team spanning different markets (EE, LV, LT, PL);
- Building strong relationships with sales leadership to understand and plan around sales pipeline needs;
- Proactively surface growth opportunities, insights, and recommendations across the wider customer journey.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in developing efficient scaling high-level marketing strategies;
- International marketing experience;
- Previous experience as a marketing team lead/manager;
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing;
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to travel abroad.
Nice to haves:
- Previous working experience in a startup or enterprise environment;
- Experience of building up the brand from zero;
- Previous experience working in marketing agencies;
- Wide and active LinkedIn network;
- Communication skills in another Eastern European Language.
