Get ready to

• Do quantitative and qualitative research to understand user behavior, including web analytics analysis, heat maps, session recordings, qualitative surveys, user testing, heuristic analysis and competitor analysis.
  
• Be an expert in Google Analytics experienced in advanced data extraction and accurate data tracking set up and maintenance in GA
  
• Provide data analysis and insights to support effective decision-making
  
• Identify opportunities and initiatives to continually increase conversion rates, ARPU and reduce bounce rates.
  
• Work closely with the optimisation team to track customer journey performance and find opportunities for minimizing customer pain points
  
• Stay up to date on the latest CRO news and trends
  

We expect you to

• Have proven experience in experimentation or conversion optimization
  
• Have an excellent understanding of web analytics and qualitative research methods;
  
• Ability to turn insight into actionable recommendations
  
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Be self-reliant, results-oriented, excellent problem-solver
  
• Have a deep interest in human psychology
  
• Experience with UX principles and AB testing methodologies is an advantage
  
• Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skills
  
• Have no fear of failing

Salary

Gross salary range is 2000–3400 EUR/month.

Salary could be negotiable considering your proven job experience.
