Job description
- Preparation and provision of AV equipment and systems to maximize their effectiveness.
- Regular testing and maintenance of AV equipment and systems.
- First and second-lined line diagnosis and troubleshooting, including VC network infrastructure.
- Remote fault diagnosis and preventive upkeep (with external maintenance teams and providers as required).
- Creating, processing, and updating tickets in accordance with SLAs and as required.
- Implementing email discipline, routinely updating documentation, and creating/updating documents (including SOPs) as applicable.
- Clear and constant communication with Onsite and Offsite management regarding risks, successes, obstacles, ongoing improvement, and team objective advancement.
- Capability to make small alterations and movements.
Requirements
- Skilled and experienced in the application of various AV technologies and able to adapt them to the client's specific requirements.
- Extensive understanding of AV equipment/control systems (AMX or comparable), and cloud-based endpoints (Zoom, TEAMs, Loom, and associated IT Infrastructure.
- Good understanding of and ability to use support applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and visual tracking platforms like Trello, Slack, or something similar.
- Good communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot quickly and professionally.
- English fluently.
