What You Will Do:

  •  Ensure and develop process purpose, scope, goals, improvement roadmaps and interrelation with other processes
  • Report process KPI-s, status and progress of the process improvement to Technology Management and other stakeholders
  • Accountable for process results, deliverables, cost, and investment in the processes
  • Handle and authorize process deviation escalations
  • Oversee the management of, and compliance with, the regulations, policies, procedures, data models, etc. associated with the process and interaction with other processes
  • Ensure process follows the principles defined in IT policies and standards
  • Responsible for the sponsorship, design, Change Management and continual improvement of the process and it’s results
  • Agree within the organization and decide on design of the process and related standards, guidelines
  • Measure and audit process execution. Follow-up on process or process related standards, guidelines implementation and compliance within Technology division and including external partners where applicable
  • Provide input to design of SIAM standards and principles including the ones related with process and service management setup

Additionally:

Accountable for defining and establishing the IT Service Operations processes within the organization and ensuring the processes are aligned with and working for Luminor and IT strategies. Ensures purposes of the processes are achieved and that all internal and external process participants are compliant with Luminor requirements towards these processes. IT Service Operations processes include Management of Event, Incident, Request Fulfilment, Problem, and IT continuity related processes

What We Expect: 

  •  At least 2 years of proven experience in process management or process ownership
  • Commitment and a strong will to run a global business (openness to change mindset from local perspective to cross-border
  • Good planning and prioritizing skills to manage a varied and pressurized workload
  • Leadership and management of change
  • Certification in CobiT, ITIL, CMMI and/or other IT process management frameworks, very good understanding of related principles
  • Good knowledge about (decision) frameworks, affecting IT activities and Business - IT integration
  • A relevant university degree within IT/Business or relevant work experience
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
