Our department is currently a group of ~10 engaged professionals across Denmark and Lithuania. We are looking for a motivated colleague who has a positive attitude, loves stakeholder interactions and has an affinity with agile development and digital strategies.

This job role will be covering the Digital Strategy & Transformation function within the Insights and Engagement Area in the Personal Customers Business Unit. You will have very close collaboration with both colleagues in the development tribes and the different market areas. The Digital Strategy & Transformation team covers three main activities: i) define digital strategies and set development priorities for tribes, ii) support the domain leadership team in developing tribe capacity, following up on tribe deliveries and animating tribe community and iii) build the bridge between tribes and market areas to ensure commercial adoption and benefit realization from agile development.

You will:

  • Improve and support problem solving and act as a sparring partner for the domain leadership team (coordinating 6 tribes)
  • Work with counterparts in Finance to optimize tribe budgets for maximal digital development capacity
  • Define governance, plan, facilitate key meetings with domain leadership teams to set annual and quarterly priorities for tribes
  • Be responsible for engagement in tribes by communicating and celebrating success and animating tribe community through Town halls & offsites
  • Support on meeting materials, reporting and presentations
  • Keep track of deliveries and development pipeline for communication to implementation teams in market areas
  • Support on drafting and measuring KPIs to track progress on Danske Bank’s digital transformation and benefit realization
  • Manage projects to analyse pain points and develop improvement options to optimize end-to-end development value stream from priority setting to benefit realization

About you:

  • 2+ years of working experience in the financial sector within project management, finance, business analysis or similar roles
  • Higher education in Investment/Finance/Economics/Strategic Management or other relevant fields
  • Qualified skills within MS Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint
  • Professional stakeholder management is the key ability
  • Advanced English language skills
  • You take a proactive, systematic and results-oriented approach to your work, maintaining a vigilant eye for details and quality
  • You can easily take responsibility under pressure and stick to the deadlines
  • Affinity with digital strategy or agile development considered as a plus

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
