Relentless pursuit of better
You will be a part of our highly motivated team of credit risk specialists, working with the North American market in the North American shift. You will be joining a cross-functional team and your primary responsibility will be to contact Western Union's agents to determine nonpayment reasons and obtain payment commitment. You'll need to adapt your approach where required and confidently handle situations as well as conduct extensive research depending on the agent's response. You will be developing and implementing best collection practices and using a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1331 – 2095 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
