If this describes you, then join the newly formed Sanctions and PEP Screening (SPS) Quality Control team, which includes 6 people responsible for internal quality control implementation, execution and risk event (incident) management, and become a part of Sanctions Screening Continuous Development Unit (SSCD).

Currently, the Quality Control team supports screening operations with 3 main processes: Customer Sanctions Screening, Customer PEP Screening and Transaction Sanctions Screening.

You will focus on day-to-day quality control in Transaction Sanctions Screening and work hand in hand with teams from the SPS department by performing daily quality checks, providing feedback on the go to the individual employees and functions, and improving processes based on findings from quality control activities.

You will:

  • Perform daily quality control checks for Transaction Sanctions Screening area
  • Deliver regular feedback to colleagues
  • Provide ad-hoc checking for accomplished cases and their quality
  • Provide regular reporting to the management and stakeholders on related area
  • Ensure close collaboration between the Quality Control team, its stakeholders, and other relevant departments in regard to quality management
  • Ensure process sustainability through periodic process confirmations
  • Aim for constant improvement​ of quality control process, quality reports and quality tools

About you:

  • 1+ years of experience in Transaction Sanction Screening
  • Good communication and basic stakeholder management skills – ability to communicate effectively across the organization
  • Analytical mindset and attention to details
  • Good problem-solving skill with the ability to identify possible areas for improvements
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and deal with a certain level of unknown
  • Good skills in providing feedback and collaborating with colleagues
  • A compliance Certificate or willingness to complete one would be considered a bonus
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
