Are you an enthusiastic person looking to develop yourself in a global company?

Our area provides a variety of back-office services for corporate customers in Norway. You will be responsible for the accounts opening/closure procedures, implementing customer packages, and ensuring smooth District features set-up. Furthermore, you will also have an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest customers in Danske Bank.

We are looking for a person who is focused on team goals, high efficiency, lean culture, and close collaboration with colleagues and our stakeholders in Norway.

You will:

Be completing daily operational tasks for Norwegian business and VIP customers
Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
Closely collaborate with Norwegian stakeholders and optimize solutions for our customers
Participate in the process of continuous improvements in daily work (e. g., automation, Lean)
Take part in various projects and initiatives

About you:

Work experience in an operational or administrative role
Thoroughness, high level of accuracy, and attention to details
Good communication and collaboration skills
Team-oriented person and enthusiastic learner
Upper-Intermediate English language skills
Norwegian language skills would be an advantage

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
