Can you see yourself leading an area characterised by high professionalism and organized complexity? Do you want to make use of your knowledge within markets area and operational risk, while also putting your strong people skills into play? Then you might be our new Team Lead for ETD Clearing Team.
As a Team Lead, your role will be to lead the staff and ensure day-to-day deliveries. You will work within a high-risk area that requires you to have knowledge of related processes and areas of the business, and you will collaborate with and support a variety of stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
In addition to the above, you will be responsible for leading the team in their daily work. While being responsible for the quality, delivery and other performance targets, you will also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring staff’s high job satisfaction and continuous development. In your daily operations, you will have 10 direct reports, report into Head of Derivatives and Collateral Services, and will be a part of the Extended LC&I Services Team.
*This is a fixed-term contract until September 2024.
You will:
- Lead a team through constant changes
- Ensure professional and effective processing of day-to-day operations
- Understand and improve processes with a focus on efficiency
- Strive to deliver automation, transparency, risk and control environment improvements
- Nurture and actively manage complex business stakeholders map with the aim of delivering best-in-class internal stakeholder experience
- Lead with own example in nurturing and spreading core values of Danske Bank
About you:
- 1+ Years’ experience in leadership and people management area
- Strong knowledge of financial markets
- Higher education (preferably finance, legal or relevant field)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, effectively negotiate and facilitate problem resolution
- Upper-intermediate skills in written and spoken English
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2920 EUR to 4380 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
