Better requires process discipline and simplification

As a Resource planner, you will be part of the Global Workforce Management team that is responsible for operational workload forecasting, staffing capacity planning and effective scheduling balancing between business needs, labor law and WU employee's satisfaction. You will also focus on delivering a great customer experience and ensuring long-term company success in achieving organizational goals.

For such a pivotal role, we need you to have experience within a Workforce Scheduling/Forecasting environment or equivalent experience with data analysis or planning. We expect you to be proficient with MS Office tools, especially MS Excel. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail. You can establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders bringing strong interpersonal and communication skills to the table. Fluency in English is a must. If you have experience with Genesys, or other Workforce management tools that would be treated as an advantage.

The monthly gross base salary is from 1753 – 2582 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident, and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
