„Delta Executive Search & Consulting” client – “ClassTrucks” was founded in 2010 when Girteka Logistics started to grow beyond 1000 trucks and the need to buy and sell more trucks and trailers every year increased. “ClassTrucks” offers a large selection of quality used trucks and trailers. The company specializes in trucks from Volvo, Mercedes and DAF, as well as trailers from brands like Schmitz Cargobull and Krone. All listings are predriven and maintained exclusively by Girteka Logistics and come with multiple photos of both the interior and exterior, so you don’t have to play guessing games while shopping for your next vehicle. Each truck and trailer has passed our 67 points ready to sell inspection in addition to top level standard maintenance programs.

Currently “ClassTrucks” is looking for

Daily responsibilities:
• Develop optimal pricing policies for company products (trucks and semi-trailers) taking into account customer needs, region/country specifics, additional product features, etc.;
• Together with the team develop the best pricing strategy for different regions and sales channels;
• Keep updated with international market trends and competitive environment;
• Constant collaboration with sales team and analysis of won/lost opportunities in order to improve on-the-go;
• Manage and develop current pricing tools (together with Analytics team);
• Pricing preparation for negotiations;
• Internal communication and collaboration with the management team.

• Not less than 2 years of work experience in the field of pricing, product management, commercial management or similar field;
• Ability to interpret data, analyze results, good computer skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint);
• Good knowledge of English; ability to communicate in Russian (would be beneficial);
• Ability to make business trips abroad (2-4 times per year);
• Structured, results-oriented approach to work;
• A Proactive personality; good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to navigate complex situations;
• Ability to make and explain your decisions.
