• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Support the preparation of obligatory bank reporting (FINREP, COREP, statistic etc.)
• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual external accounting reporting
• Lead the implementation of new accounting software
• Provide accordance with all tax requirements and advise the company in all tax subjects
• Support in the preparation and documentation of controls in financial reporting and group accounting
• Prepare the IFRS annual report and lead with the internal and external audits regarding the area of financial reporting and group accounting
• Prepare cash flow projections
• Drive improvements in the reporting process in all necessary areas

• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in a bank
• Strong knowledge and relevant experience with IFRS technical accounting and reporting
• Strong knowledge and relevant experience with obligatory bank reporting
• Sound experience with consolidation
• Highly experienced working with accounting programs
• Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills as collaboration amongst teams is essential, especially in the bank launch phase
• Passionate about building and optimizing processes
• University degree (BA minimum)
• Fluent in English
• A “can do” attitude and initiative to take ownership and drive projects
