The Tactical procurement team is part of the Digital & Tactical delivery organization. It is an international team, based both in Lithuania and India, providing our services to all Danske Bank Group.
As a Senior Procurement Specialist in the Tactical procurement team, you will be working with stakeholders across Lithuania and Nordic countries. You will primarily focus on the IT category, so a good understanding of a matter is preferred. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with Procurement policy and internal regulations, taking ownership and leading the procurement process, price benchmarking, and proper documentation/contracting in digital tools and that Procurement function serves as a business enabler.
Your role will also include extended support of Strategic Sourcing Procurement/Category managers, either assisting them or being a part of complex sourcing events or negotiations and finally making sure the process has been done and documented in an agreed manner. Guiding and sharing knowledge and expertise with the rest of the Tactical team members will also be within your area of responsibility.
You will:
- Work with different stakeholders in various levels across Lithuania and Nordics
- Ensure high compliance with Procurement policy and internal regulations
- Take ownership of benchmark prices for goods and products
- Be responsible for Procurement function serves as a business enabler
- Make sure that documentation has been done in an agreed manner
- Support, guide and coach colleagues in the team to achieve the most of their potential
- Contribute on improving ways of working in the team
About you:
- 3+ years of experience within Procurement (sourcing and contract management, 1+ years in IT is preferred)
- Great verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders, vendors and senior management
- Stakeholder management skills
- Great collaboration & time management skills
- Contract drafting skills
- Good presentation skills
- Result – oriented, problem-solving thinking
- Upper-intermediate English skills
- Experience working with S2C/P2P systems
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
