• Supervise Cabin Crew operational issues on a day-to-day basis;
• Supervise the performance of all cabin crew to ensure company requirements are attained;
• Proactive administrative support to the Head of the Cabin Crew;
• Development of policies and procedures to enhance company operations;
• Quality and performance control using company provided checklists;
• Lead by example in all dealings with crew community to motivate and inspire by creating an environment where all crew feel valued, empowered and have input.

• Secondary education;
• Fluent written and verbal English;
• Good MS Office, Execel, PowerPoint skills;
• Ability to work in dynamic atmosphere;
• Ability to plan and multitask.
