IT SPECIALIST

This is a great opportunity to become a part of our IT Department in Vilnius. You will play an important role in our company’s IT operations. IT Specialists maintain and improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact. BAA Training has offices in Vilnius, Lithuania; Barcelona and Lleida, Spain; Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• Setting up and maintaining hardware hardware in the organization.
• Account setup in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
• Internal system user management, role set-up, timely account removal.
• File system management.
• Participation on new facilities establishment.
• Documentation and logs of hardware assignments and state in the organization.
• Process optimization.
• Assistance to functional manager with some routine tasks.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager.

We dream about a team member who:

• Has relevant knowledge on GPO usage and  Active Dirrectory configuration.
• Is able on exchange management via PowerShell.
• Has a minimum of one years of experience in Technical support or equivalent work environment.
• Has understanding of compatible computer hardware.
• Knows how to clean up and upgrade computer hardware.
• Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership.
• Has excellent skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment and basic conceptional computer literacy.
• Uses English language at an effectively operational and independent level.
• Is attentive to details.
• Has good comumunication, cooperation, planning skills.
• Is flexible with good time management skills.
• Is responsible, creative and customer oriented (internal).
