MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and dirrectly communicate with existing community of (800+) influencers;
Actively seek out and discover new partnership opportunities;
Build strong relationships with our affiliates, influencers and brand ambassadors;
Work with our partners to design and maximize joint affiliate campaigns;
Develop strategies to further improve our affiliate and partnership programs;
Manage communication campaigns in timely manner for special events launch;

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years of experience in influencer / affiliate marketing;
Partnership-first mentality;
Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
Analytical thinking & attention to details;
Great project management & organizational skills;
Negotiation skills;
Tenacity;
Strong time-management skills and discipline;
