Requirements for candidates
We are searching for a sales talent, that want to learn and contribute to good sales to end users in Lithuania and to distributors in the Nordic region.
You need to:
- have good communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- have good computer skills
- be able to work independently
- be willing to do some travel in Lithuania and in Northern Europe.
Job description
The main part of the job is to grow the business with adding more customers, establish new distributors and work with the existing distributors to increase sales. You need to prepare offers, orders, invoices and other needed trade documnets.
In addition you will work with our marketing material together with our marketing department.
What we offer
For the right candidat we offer an independent position in an international environment. You will be the only sales person in Lithuania, but you will be working close with other team members in Vilnius and sales teams in Norway, Estonia and Romania. In addition to fixed salaray we also offer sales based yearly bonus (anually agreed goals).

UAB Instant Lietuva is daughter company of the Norwegian Instant Group. In totalt we are about 40 people and have an anual tuenover of EUR 10 mill. Our main business is sales of equipment to the construction and building sector. We Operate in Norway, Estonia, Lativa, Lithuania, Romania and Poland. In 2023 we celebrate 50 years in business.
Our Lithuanian company will consist of four people, but all our team members work cloasely with colleagues in oher countries.
