Web Designer

Are you passionate about digital product design, customer journeys and conversion improvements?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Propose and create design solutions for Swedbank Internet Bank according Swedbank UI guidelines;
• Support product pages, applications conversion inprovements with customer journey design prototypes;
• Analyse customers behaviour using analytical tools (Glassbox, Adobe and etc.);
• Ensure high level customer satisfaction through intuitive and user-friendly design solutions.

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science or related;
• Prior professional experience: minimum 2 years of experience in the Web/UX/UI Design field;
• Computer skills – great grasp of standard office software, Figma;
• Strategic mind-set combined with good networking skills;
• High level of motivation;
• Very good English language skills.
