Currently we are looking for HR SERVICES SPECIALIST!

Responsibilities

• Keeping relevant systems and tools up to date, ensuring high level of data quality and accuracy and ensure efficient data management
• Data analytics through examining data and identifying trends, including developing reports upon request
• Maintain, develop and publish HR-content like policies, practices, guidelines and procedures
• Support with payroll activities in Lithuania
• Ensure GDPR compliance in own operations and advise others
• Coordinate and align with other teams to jointly deliver services within HR
• Provide service upon request in English and French (optional)

Temporary, on a minimum one-year contract, with possible extension

Profile

• Higher degree-level education an advantage, but relevant work-experience can compensate for formal education
• Good understanding of HR IT Systems and data management tools
• General understanding of employment legislation and knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and practice is an advantage
• Strong data management skills, experience with analytics and reporting is an advantage
• Good knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance
• Strong networking skills and ability to encourage collaboration
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify and visualize complex issues
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to identify opportunities to optimize and harmonize tasks and processes
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication. Strong French written and oral skills are an advantage.

Salary range

We offer salary from 2250 Eur to 3374 Eur/month gross (before taxes)
