Job description
- Creates & manages monthly spend analysis dashboards, scorecards to monitor both internal spend and supplier performance.
- Analyses vendor data and recommends cost actions based on data analysis, with the aim of driving tactical cost savings for World Courier.
- Manages procurement related reports and ad hoc cost analysis for the team.
- Monitors implemented contracts execution status & checks actual spend with agreed pricing.
- Participate on selected internal project teams as needed by the business.
- Performs other related duties in cost or procurement initiatives.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge in fields such as supply chain, business administration, finance, sales, marketing, IT obtained through completion of bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience.
- Strong analytical, mathematical skills: ability to interpret data and convert into meaningful and professional presentations (PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills & attention to details.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge (macros, automated reports).
- Must be fluent in English – speaking and writing.
- Strong knowledge in windows business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) and accounting systems such as SAP.
