Job description
This is a new position, located in our fast growing Global Business Services centre in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across our GBS organization. You will have the ability to help define the direction for sourcing and attracting top talent, set the bar for candidate experience, and help to find the best possible match for each open role. You will be part of an ambitious HR team responsible for partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to help build a best-in-class organization.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end hiring process of both individual and high-volume roles in partnership with recruitment service providers;
- Working cross-functionally and developing strong relationships through strategy meetings, status updates and constant communication to define talent needs to our business;
- Providing a consultative approach in developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in the identified time frames;
- Helping in designing, implementing, and maintaining the appropriate processes, tools, systems, and training necessary to scale and support the function.
- Communicating consistently and openly with hiring managers, human resource representatives and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure all constituents are updated;
- Using proactive methods to direct source candidates, network with field experts and associations, and stay abreast of industry and functional trends to build an external network;
- Reviewing applications and interviewing applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
- Ensuring recruitment files are completed in accordance with compliance standards, which include completion of evaluations, applicant tracking, and appropriate documentation;
- Writing and placing job advertising in various media; coordinating internal job postings;
- Leading employer branding related projects;
- Managing talent attraction activities in our market, such as targeted recruitment campaigns, career fairs etc.;
- Updating data in applicant tracking system;
- Performing reference and background checks;
- Performing related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong project management capabilities to manage own roles in addition to those of the larger TA team and vendors;
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high growth environments; preferably with both in-house and agency experience;
- Lithuanian & English languages;
- Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods across multiple locations;
- Prior experience recruiting shared services (IT, Finance) within a global organization;
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal clients and in the external marketplace;
- Understanding and demonstrated expertise of recruiting principles and best practices;
- Strong HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems required ;
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others, implementing HR staffing processes, strategies and programs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task; versatile

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
