What you will be doing

Under general direction of the Quality Supervisor, International support, the coordinator is part of a team providing support to multiple stations in QA tasks. Plays a pivotal role to the implementation of quality assurance through investigation of deviations, root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions design and implementation. Collaborates with team of Local QAs in other QA related tasks as Change Control, Risk management, as required depending on business needs.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for ensuring all activities related to the recognition, investigation and resolution of non-conformities are performed in a timely manner and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Effectively and efficiently write Deviations/Non-Conformances investigation reports and upload these reports in the required system.

Responsible for ensuring Corrective & Preventative Actions are appropriate, are implemented as planned and have the intended effectiveness.

Responsible for identifying recurring Deviations /Non-Conformances and ensures appropriate actions are taken such as Management notifications.

Accountable for working with problems associated with a wide variety of quality issues that could range from errors in shipment handling, incomplete documentation, inadequate comprehension of procedures, poor documentation practices, etc.

Assist offices to provide response to client questionnaires in close cooperation with branch/country manager, Regional Quality Representative and Director, Quality - Transport..

Help to prepare for client audits in close cooperation with branch/ country manager, Quality Audit Manager, Regional Quality Representative and Director, Quality – Transport

Follow up on pending audit observations.

Support the entry of all relevant data into QA SharePoint to allow for timely quality metric generation.

Support local teams with coordinating Change Management activities Oversee self-inspection, check reports, escalate non-conformances to Local Management, Regional Quality Manager and Director, Quality - Transport.

Help to coordinate the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audit programs in the countries and regions as needed.

Assist in setting up Risk Management processes.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Normally requires a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in operations or customer service departments within World Courier OR equivalent external experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with colleagues.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Broad operational background in World Courier processes OR equivalent Basic understanding of Quality Management processes (e.g. ISO 9001).

Adequate GxP expertise (World Courier GxP policy OR equivalent) 1 to 2 years working experience in Quality environment.

Fluency in English.

Intercultural competence and organizational ability.

Potential need to be available to interact with colleagues in other time zones.
