Role Responsibilities
Acting as consultant for EMEA region internal client groups on various compensation programs and policies.
Benchmarking, market research, writing and updating job descriptions, evaluating jobs and more.
Gathering data and preparing survey submissions for participation in various external salary compensation surveys. Playing an integral part in the year-end compensation review process.
Working closely with HR colleagues globally and reporting to the EMEA/APAC Compensation Leader.
Role Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in general HR and ideally proven experience in compensation program support - good understanding of compensation and benefits, previously involved with benchmarking and annual year-end compensation review process.
Being comfortable with numbers and data analysis, bringing intermediate knowledge of MS Excel to the table.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Fluency in English.
Working experience within the EMEA region and familiarity with Workday platform would make you stand out.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1891 – 3052 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
