Your daily tasks will include the following:
- Follow a full sales-call process to National, Regional and Independent pet specialty retail stores in a given territory.
- Work closely with Key Account & Trade Marketing Specialist to ensure effective execution of cycle priorities.
- Implement Perfect Store standards.
- Manage account definition types, segmentation & classification.
- Manage a pre-approved expense budget and follow the timely process.
- Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned territory.
- Attend and participate in trade shows, regional and company meetings/conference calls as required.
- Complete weekly activity, expense, and other ad-hoc reporting.
- Follow and report sales activities via available tools.
- Constantly support the brand image in Lithuanian market in full respect of Royal Canin philosophy & communication codes as well as with Mars Five Principles.
What will help you to succeed in this role:
- 2-5 years of experience in a retail sales role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license (B).
- Ability to physically lift large quantities of product.
- Lithuanian and English languages for internal communication.
- Business acumen, drive for results, action oriented, innovative thinking, cooperation skills.
