WHAT WILL YOU DO

We are looking for an experienced, service-orientated Office Administrator for our Vilnius Office. This is not a full-time job, it's three days a week, therefore if you are looking for a part-time job opportunity to combine with studies or other projects this might be an excellent opportunity.

As an Office Administrator, you will:

Maintain our wonderful Vilnius office you will be taking care of daily activities and setting up a positive environment at the premises, care for office facilities and environment to ensure employees feel comfortable performing day-to-day business;
Greet and welcome our visitors and guests;
Lead tenders to make sure that we have the most effective partnerships for office suppliers, event organizers, and similar;
Support internal event organization – guest visits, larger meetings, training events, and team-building activities;
Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments;
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners;
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf;
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings;
Making travel and accommodation arrangements if necessary.

We are looking for you- well organized Office Administrator.

Your goal in this position will be to make our work atmosphere and space better than anywhere else and support our employees in various administrative tasks and projects.

Previous experience in Office Management is a big advantage, however, we care less about how impressive-sounding your background is and more about how impressive you are;
You must have strong communication and adaptation skills;
You have a positive, caring, and service-oriented attitude toward employees and clients;
High sense of confidentiality;
Problem-solving skills to come up with solutions for service-related issues affecting internal and external clients;
Proficient with MS Office programs;
Excellent English language skills;
Time organization skills and ability to set priorities.
