Job description
While the responsibilities of the position are defined, they are quite broad and there are a lot of dynamics in the role – the position involves a lot of communication both with internal teams and with clients, as well as contributing to product development - sharing feedback gathered, proposing new products/ideas, and contributing to their implementation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Development and execution of product strategy for biotech products;
- Identifying market trends and opportunities for new products;
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring products to market;
- Market research and gathering customer feedback to inform product development;
- Participation in international conferences, and meetings;
- Monitoring and analyzing product performance, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- A degree in Life Sciences;
- Fluency in the English language (both written and oral);
- Ability to clearly express yourself, good communication skills;
- Experience in product management (preferably in the biotech industry) would be considered as an advantage.
