Telia Lietuva, Business Development Unit of IoT plays an important role of delivering the cutting-edge technologies and products to its clients.

We have a need to strengthen and increase our execution in IoT products development Team, to keep our pace of being a Telco market leader.

I am Remigijus Brasius and I am leading IoT Business Unit in Telia Lietuva. I am looking for professional to join my team as IoT Product manager.  

We are the team of IoT and ICT professionals / experts operating in IoT and mobility technology area, working with various IoT solutions from radio technologies up to end user products/solutions.  Our main responsibilities are: IoT Products and solutions development in Telia organization from the scratch or with the help of other leading market leaders in the area. Our key strength is in our backbones, which means our Network communication technologies and products around it – we are the first Telco operator in Lithuania who have launched and keeps running all available radio technologies in the market (2G/4G/LPWA and 5G). Our target is to adopt and transfer our strength and experience into the field of our customers and partners, starting but not limiting it to any future solutions of IoT.

Your next challenge?

This is a role within our company for a professional who is willing to catch an opportunity to manage various Products of IoT through their whole lifecycle, knows and understands Business needs and processes around it, can evaluate the risks and opportunities, and are always curious to seek the progress in any area of his responsibilities.

We proved for our customers and partners that we are innovative and very reliable partner in many of Telco and ICT areas, so the beginning of our journey would be to dive into the IoT product management to build the future of IoT in Telia Lithuania. And here you will have a key role:

• Lead and manage the IoT products portfolio

• Actively participate in IoT Business development activities

• Work with other Product Managers, Technical Service Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and other stakeholders regarding IoT product and solutions development

• To contribute future development of new services, features, and platforms

• Manage financial initiatives, projects, and other activities around our supported platforms and technologies

• Implement efficient, optimized and highly professional service delivery framework / model

• To focus on efficiency of our daily operations within the solutions and products we are responsible for

To succeed in this role, you must have an open mindset, excellent knowledge sharing and strong collaboration skills, to be automation driven & technology loving professional who enjoys providing and receiving feedback.

Your experience:

• Relevant experience in IT, ICT or TELCO industries

• Hands-on practice in various product/project management, and delivery activities

• Fluent in Lithuanian (written and spoken) and English (B2 level as minimum in written and spoken)

• Experience in managing complex products or projects

• Understanding products and projects delivery methodologies

• Extra points for:

  • Understanding Mobile Networks and how they work

  • Knowledge of ITIL framework

  • Knowledge and understanding of IoT products, technologies, market trends, etc.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3500 Eur (gross) to 4500 Eur (gross) Monthly (this is a reference range; exact salary will depend on your competences). Plus, annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
