Become a part of the team that is spread across three regions of APAC, EMEA, and NSAC and will work with Nasdaq customers to deliver, maintain, and improve a post-risk surveillance solution.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, configuration, troubleshooting, and handling the integration of risk and financial solution projects for banks and brokers on a global scale.

What You Will Do:
• Act as the client environment and business subject matter expert and troubleshoot daily issues
• Work with Product and Project Management to ensure the strategy and execution alignment
• Support clients in troubleshooting incidents with onboarding/off-boarding/testing and implementation requests
• Cooperate with customers, developers, and test teams to ensure high-quality releases of the SaaS
• Participate in project initiatives with internal and external customers to reach desired outcomes

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
• Few years of client support or IT project management experience or equivalent
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills internally and externally with customers from the financial space
• Analytical and problem-solving experience
• Negotiation and influencing skills (especially in navigating customer expectations)
• Experience in sharing innovative ideas about IT and business processes, proactively recommending improvements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and different customer groups
• Knowledge and skills to work in an Agile IT environment

Nice To Have (Opportunity to Learn):

• Experience with Unix/Linux
• Familiarity with SaaS in a Cloud (AWS) environment
• MySQL Database experience
• Knowledge of Kafka and Kubernetes (DevOps)
• Knowledge or curiosity about finance and the stock exchange
• Familiarity with various types of Market Data
