Job description
- Perform HR administrative tasks across multiple business units.
- Support HR regional team in structuring and improving HR processes.
- Working with HR system SuccessFactors.
- Performing technical tasks such as updating employment contracts regarding salary, address, and other related information.
- Carry out other position related daily tasks assigned by direct manager.
Requirements
- Excellent English language.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in HR position
- Prior experience in a transition process is desirable, but a proactive mindset and understanding of the potential uncertainty that comes with it is a must.
- Previous experience working with HR systems (advantage SuccessFactors).
- Knowledge of one or more of the Scandinavian languages would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in human resources in one of the Scandinavian countries would be considered an advantage.
