Job description

  • Perform HR administrative tasks across multiple business units.
  • Support HR regional team in structuring and improving HR processes.
  • Working with HR system SuccessFactors.
  • Performing technical tasks such as updating employment contracts regarding salary, address, and other related information.
  • Carry out other position related daily tasks assigned by direct manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent English language.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in HR position
  • Prior experience in a transition process is desirable, but a proactive mindset and understanding of the potential uncertainty that comes with it is a must.
  • Previous experience working with HR systems (advantage SuccessFactors).
  • Knowledge of one or more of the Scandinavian languages would be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in human resources in one of the Scandinavian countries would be considered an advantage.
