Key responsibilities:
• Coordinates and prepares marketing communication for Avon representatives and Customers in order to reach sales targets
• Ensures strong communication of novelties, main brochure offers and marketing activations to the Field
• Responsible for strategy creation, content preparation and daily execution of marketing materials
• Product activation for Avon representatives, using tools & channels:
-Newsletters. Strategy creation, daily execution of content, coordination of the tasks between departments.
-Communication on Avon app. Responsible for the content part creation
-Communication on inner system for Avon representatives. Monthly content preparation.
-Quarterly print (20 pages brochure) organization. Coordination of the print house, brochure visual idea, creative texts, layouts creation. Activation for representatives in achieving sales targets.
-Quarterly marketing novelties/initiatives presentations for Avon representatives, sales people, trainers
• Cooperating with Comms Team on building novelty 360 activation plan with the main goal - activate products, offers, ad hocs.

• Experience in marketing in FMCG field, sales target setting and justification, budget management.
• Experience working with digital, trade and customer promotions planning.
• Strong leadership skills
• Independence and high sense of responsibility
• Strong intercommunicational skills
• Fluent English + 1 of Baltic local languages
