Job description
We are seeking a Junior Support Engineer to join our team at our fast-paced fintech company. The Junior Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and ensuring that our computer systems, hardware and software are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to employees with computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide training and guidance to employees on computer systems and software.
- Keep inventory of all hardware and software
- Task routing in Service Desk
- Keep track of hardware and software licenses
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients
Requirements
- Experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with remote support tools would be an advantage
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of support engineering
