DreamCubator is a certified Salesforce partner and has been operating in Lithuania for over 5 years. Together with more than 30 incredible team members, we are creating ERP/CRM systems based on the solid and reliable Salesforce platform for our clients to maximize business process automation, team efficiency and productivity, by focusing their energy and efforts on the domain of their primary expertise. We are looking forward to expand in the coming year hence we are searching for an IT Project Manager who will be one of the key drivers towards a successful company expansion. You will join a team of 7 Project managers and will closely collaborate with the development team via team leads managing around 1-4 different projects at a time.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Create and implement project definitions, tasks, plans, budgets, and objectives for IT projects, starting from sales phase while also ensuring proper accounting of project costs and billing to the client;
● Understand and translate business processes into requirements, ensuring the solution architecture and implementation concepts are fit for purpose;
● Work directly with Product owners, Developers, QA Engineers as a team for the successful execution of IT projects;
● Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions, implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs and deadlines;
● Prepare and ensure that project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored also complete additional administrative tasks;
● Ensuring good quality project management consultancy services by acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

● 3+ yrs experience in project management environment;
● University degree in IT, mathematics, business development or any other relevant area;
● Experience in managing different system integrations;
● Practical skills working with UML and BPMN;
● Experience in project management of at least 1 software implementation project;
● Good client-facing and internal communication skills;
● Leadership, strong analytical skills, ability to identify and analyse problems, foresee potential pitfalls and implement mitigation plans;
● Professional working proficiency in Lithuanian and English.

● Hands-on experience with Salesforce or any other CRM platform;
● Previous work experience in IT field or any other relevant role.
