Growth Manager for investment and pension products has overall responsibility for implementation of Luminor Wealth Advisory framework, for provision of support for sales organization, and overall growth of area. Position assumes wide understanding of investment and pension products’ functioning and products role over customers life-cycle. As in any area in Luminor also here there will be large number of counterparties and stakeholders; thus, excellent cooperation skills are clear must for the position.

What You Will Do: 

• Contribute to definition of Wealth Advisory Concept, defining the advisory process and tools and implement it in practice
• Define customer journey in investment and pension offering and design necessary advisory tools and other part of wealth advisory framework
• Assure all necessary ongoing support and competence development for country sales organizations, being proactive in communication
• Design and perform internal products trainings
• Contribute in necessary developments to deliver high quality, efficient and unified servicing of Luminor customers
• Participate in target products and offering portfolio definition driven by Investment Products & Growth Unit
• Follow market practice in Investment and Pension areas and develop ideas for execution as well as follow financial markets and be up to date with market developments

What We Expect:

• 1+ years previous experience on area and/or exceptional knowledge of investment and pension products, investment advisory framework and related regulation
• Strong interest in finance, sales and technology area
  
• Skill to manage complex systems and tasks as well as work simultaneously with a number of stakeholders
• Readiness to take ownership with flexibility and openness to change with customer focus
• Higher education preferably in Economics, Business Management, Finance
• BFAA license will be considered as an advantage 
• Full proficiency in English and Lithuanian
