Job description
The Sales Support Specialist at Droplet Genomics will be an important part of the specialised sales team. The role is focused on generating leads and providing support to account managers, by attracting new and supporting existing clients in both European and USA markets.
Job description:
- Generate sales leads and build good first impressions for potential clients.
- Identify B2B sales opportunities and attract new clients in the biotechnology and pharmacology markets.
- Provide support to the sales team and the customer during the sales process.
- Provide high-quality support to existing clients and manage their inquiries in a timely manner.
- Closely collaborate with the sales team and other departments, and meet the deadlines to reach the targets.
Requirements
- Scientific training (at least bachelor's degree) in the life sciences (cell/molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, biotechnology).
- Ability to build trust and cultivate relationships with potential clients (experience in similar-field sales would be considered an advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
- Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent English language skills (C1 verbal and written).
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, and CRM.
